Frisch & Barrett Insurance was founded in 1947 by the Frisch brothers. The agency has continually served the McHenry County area for over 60 years. Both Jim Frisch & Chuck Barrett grew up in Cary so the agency has deep roots here. After serving the agency for 10 years Chuck purchased it from Jim in January 2001.

Erie Insurance offers a variety of auto insurance discounts that you can earn. Here’s how:

Be a safe driver: ERIE offers a Safe Driver Discount for new Customers who are claims- and violation-free for the past three to five years (varies by state).

Have a safe car: Discounts are available for having car safety equipment like factory-installed air bags and anti-theft devices.
•
Insure cars together: A discount is available if you insure two or more cars with ERIE. All of the vehicles must be owned and used by a named insured and/or relatives residing in the same household.
